services of an outside vendor to perform work, can tap into their network of
licensed, bonded, and fully insured contractors who have been vetted for quality

staff will provide 24-hour emergency service, oversee all grounds maintenance
such as snow removal, grass mowing, regular trash pick up, and leaf removal,

Tenant Relations

tenant. Our goai as your Managing Agent will be to have your tenants paying a
fair rent, on time, and happy to be doing so. When this does not happen, our
team of professionals will respond to tenant concerns quickly, consistently, and

Financial Reporting

Accounting Department consists of professionals with over 60 years of
combined experience. Our accounting staff members are experts at cash management, budgeting, and managing the accounts receivable and accounts
payable processes. We take a proactive stance when it comes to things like
shopping insurance coverage for the best value, utilizing discounts and avoiding
late fees dueto late payments. We utilize state-of-the-art software systems to
track all activities at the properties We manage and provide our customers a full
accounting report package each month. These reports detail all monies received
