Key Personnel

The Moynahan Williams (MWI) team is comprised of experienced real estate experts who treat each property as if it were their own. The Moynahan Williams management philosophy is simple;  “We are hired to protect your investment.”

 

JENNY BROUGH  | Executive Assistant

Jenny handles the billing, collections, and title transfers for our HOA communities. In addition to handling some of the day-to-day tasks and special projects, she also assists the Office & Benefits Administrator with collecting and organizing payroll and MWI benefit programs.

SHARYL GAMMERLER, HCCP,C6P, NCP  | Compliance Specialist

Sharyl Gammerler is the president of Compliance Management Services.  Through a strategic alliance, Sharyl handles all of MWI’s tax credit compliance work. She and her team of professionals review applications, track unit activity, complete state housing association reports, perform regular file reviews, and provide on-going training for the site staffs.  (19+ years experience)

 

DEB WILMOTH  | Controller

Deb is responsible for payroll, reconciliation of all project receivables to general ledger, owners’ monthly and quarterly reports, and year-end audits. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin -Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business of Administration in 1981 with an Accounting major. Later, She supplemented her education with 19 credit hours of classes in Construction Technology at IUPUI. 29 years of experience.

 

MARY BETH KEELY  | Office and Benefits Administrator

Mary Beth coordinates the weekly occupancy reports, collects and organizes payroll information, coordinates all monthly reporting to owners and investment partners, and administers MWI¹s benefits programs.   (12+ years with MWI)

 

JESSICA VINSON  | Administrative Assistant

When you call the MWI corporate office, you will likely speak first with Jessie. In addition to handling corporate office communications and greeting visitors, she also assists the Controller with accounts payable and receivable duties. Jessie also assists with reporting to owners, and is vital in working with the on-site management teams to resolve software and accounting issues.

KARI STONER - AHM, COS  | Director of Multifamily Site Operations

Kari is the site manager for a Section 42/HUD mixed property in Evansville, IN. Kari also provides oversight for the management teams at other market rate and Section 42 properties in region. Kari has over twelve years of experience in the property management industry and has earned various Fair Housing, Occupancy, HUD, and Section 42 compliance certifications.

JON MATTOX  | Director of Maintenance & Construction

Jon's expertise includes managing properties under renovation, including many market rate and tax credit property renovations. He also has experience with Insurance and Mortgage Inspections, as well as Government Regulated Inspections such as Fire Suppression, OFHA, IFHA, Section 8, Section 42 and REAC.
